Dialogue Evangelism
Our approach to evangelism begins with one key understanding.  We believe that God’s Holy Spirit is already active in the lives of those we seek to bring to the Lord Jesus.  We are certain that there is no place we arrive at where the Holy Spirit is not already there working before us.  In particular, we believe that the Holy Spirit is at work in all people convicting them of sin and awakening the need for  righteousness and judgment.  Every false faith or religion is a token, no matter how much in error, of this good work of the Holy Spirit.  One's religious efforts and ideas are the product of a response to the good work of the Holy Spirit.

What a Week with CPE Looks Like and Simple Steps toward Getting it Done.
The week of a Church Partnership Evangelism outreach ministry is carried out in the following order.  After Sunday, each morning from Monday through Thursday, the team is picked up from the hotel at around 8:30 am. They will eat lunch and the evening meal in the homes or the church of the fellowship in which they work.  From 9 till 10 am is usually set aside for training in evangelism and discipleship.  There are breaks to eat and rest from 12 till 2 pm and from 5 till 6 pm.  The time blocks for evangelistic appointments and follow-up visits during the day are 10 am till 12 pm, 2 pm till 5 pm, and 6:15 pm onward into the evening.   A ministry that begins with 100% evangelism on the first day usually ends with nearly 100% discipleship on the 5th and last day.

What CPE Can Do For You
Recently I received a letter from a national pastor five months after hosting a CPE event in his church. During the event one hundred and six decisions made to receive Christ were recorded. This pastor noted that of these 106, some had wished no further contact, some had moved or lived to far outside the area of the church’s ministry to make follow up possible.

Yet of the original 106, 58 individuals were engaged in regular personal discipleship and 38 were attending cell groups. One group had 19 new converts in it. As well the pastor noted that at that time 24 were attending the services of the church and another 14 had already been baptised. Finally the pastor added that above all this, he rejoiced that his people had been brought to a new level in ministry. He rejoiced also, that his congregation laid the foundation for future growth in evangelism, discipleship and the planting of new churches.
